A floral distributer associated with Costco (Bloomstar), but a "supposed" separate entity selling their own product. This isn't really the case, and they will substitute in Costo product, without informing their clients, whenever it suits them. Without the informed consent of their clients, this practice becomes a Bait and Switch scam; illegal under Canadian Law. Beware!
