in response to: A floral distributer associated with Costco ( ...
That is completely incorrect. They are selling their own product and product from around the world. Costco is a client of theirs buying Bloomstar product. As a type of designer they have the right to substitute product for whatever reason (It didnt come in or it wasnt good enough to sell) without notice of change. They arent going to call every Costco and tell them they arent getting the exact product they wanted, that would be stupid. If they wanted that kind of service they should go to a retail florist. They arent doing anything illegal, if you were in the floral industry you would know these things. This is a really great company with outstanding product and unlike some wholesalers they do not sell to the public. They have wonderful staff and the owner of the company knows this industry inside and out.
